Constant hip and knee pain for the past 3 years post knee surgery. I had walked with a limp for these past 3 years. EVERYTIME I stood from a seated position, I hurt and struggled to walk.

Acupuncture. i had never tried it before. I had never tried it before. There comes a time when your in pain and are willing to try anything. I just wanted my life back, after two treatments in my hip and my bursea pain was completely gone! Not since 2002 had I been pain free in this area.

It was more relaxing. The stretching and slow movements made a big difference.

The therapists at AOS do not treat the symptoms. The study the body and treat the source of the probelm as it relates to the entire body

Treatment at AOS involves lifestyle changes. It is not a series of exercises to do. Treatment uses a variety of methods and is the only facility that I will use. I experienced relief that I forgot I could experience.
